School-Based Health Center

The School-Based Health Center is a place at the Sustainability Academy where children can see a nurse practitioner and a physician's assistant. These professionals can do tests for strep throat, ear aches, and take a look at any health problems. They can prescribe medications and order tests.

Even if your child is home sick from school, he or she is welcome to visit the School-Based Health Center. Most services can be paid by insurance, although they do not replace a child's primary care provider.

Please fill in the form for the School Based Health Center to enroll your child in the program.
School-Based Health Center Services are offered:

Mary Lee Ritter, NP

Tuesday 8:00-11:00
Thursdays 7:30-10:30

If you need to visit the School-Based Health Center,
please sign in at the front office of the school and proceed to the health office.
